В соответствии с решением общего собрания акционеров ОАО «БПС-Сбербанк» от 2 июня 2021 г., на основании постановления Правления Национального банка Республики Беларусь от 27 августа 2021 г. № 247 изменено наименование банка.
Новое наименование банка:

Изменение наименования не влияет на осуществление банком своих прав и обязанностей по отношению к своим клиентам. Банк обращает внимание на отсутствие необходимости внесения изменений в ранее заключенные договоры, а также иные документы, содержащие наименование и реквизиты ОАО «БПС-Сбербанк». Приведение договоров в соответствие с новым наименованием будет осуществляться при необходимости внесения в них иных изменений.
Как ранее сообщалось, изменение наименования банка является первым шагом в рамках осуществления мероприятий по ребрендингу в течение 2021 года.

BPS-SBERBANK CHANGES ITS NAME
Minsk, 27 August 2021 — According to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of BPS-Sberbank dated 2 June 2021, based on the resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus No. 247 dated 27 August 2021, the Bank changed its name.
The new name of the Bank, valid from 27 August 2021, is as follows:

The name change has no impact on applying the Bank's rights and fulfilling its obligations to the clients. No amendments are required to the earlier concluded agreements and miscellaneous documents containing the name and other details of BPS-Sberbank. Such agreements will be brought into compliance with the new name when/if other amendments are required.
As announced earlier, the change of the Bank’s name is the first step of the re-branding initiative to be implemented throughout 2021.
